MOVE BOOKING TO CART

Once your booking is approved, follow the link to move your booking to the cart to secure your space and lock in your dates. You risk losing your booking if you do not move to cart, accept the booker’s agreement and choose Pay now or Pay later.

HOW TO BUILD A CAMPAIGN.

A Campaign refers to your set-up and display information. These details are reviewed by the Centre Manager to help them decide whether or not to accept the booking request. Each type of setup/display layout that you intend to use across different bookings – requires a separate ‘Campaign’ entry on our system.

Should your particular Campaign information not align with the site specifications that you are trying to book, centre management may reject the booking. Other reasons for rejection could be due to a conflict of interest with another tenant,  or another similar campaign already booked into the centre for that period. If the Centre rejects your booking then log into your dashboard to see the reason. Feel free to change booking details and reapply. PLEASE NOTE that submitting Campaign information and photos, is mandatory if you would like to send a booking request.

For example – ‘Baby Clothing – Pop-up Space 3m x 3m with power’ (This should not be a repeat of your business name, but a description of the product or service you will be promoting in the space)

Select the most suitable industry category for your business.

Provide accurate measurements of your display dimensions  (Ensure that the height is no more than 1.5m) PLEASE NOTE if you have more then one stand size you will need to create a different campaign for each.

Upload pictures of the display setup you intend to use for the booking. This helps the Centre Manager understand exactly what you will be bringing with you. PLEASE NOTE image uploaded must reflect actual stand dimensions.

Choose whether you require your site to have power or a wifi connection and describe exactly what equipment you will be bringing e.g tables, chairs, racks, signage, pull up banners, podium stand, sales counter etc

THE THREE OUTCOMES OF

BOOKING OFFERS.

LISTER APPROVES YOUR OFFER

Sometimes it is possible to bid lower than the listed rate card. This is called a Booking Offer. If the Lister accepts your booking offer then please move the booking to the cart, accept the booker’s agreement and select Pay now or Pay later to confirm your booking. PLEASE NOTE your booking is not confirmed and dates are not blocked off the availability calendar until you have completed these steps.

LISTER MAKES A COUNTER OFFER

With every Booking Offer the lister can accept, reject or make a counter offer. If the Lister has replied to your Booking Offer Request with a counter offer, you can then choose to accept or reject this.

LISTER REJECTS YOUR OFFER

If the Lister has rejected your offer they will write a reason why they have done so. This is your opportunity to either re book again taking into account their rejection reason or book another site/centre.

TIPS ON MAKING A SUCCESSFUL OFFER REQUEST

OFFER A REALISTIC PRICE

Consider whether the price you would like to offer is realistic. Some venues are always busy with high foot traffic. Some spaces are always booked out. Some dates you choose may fall within busy periods. The listed rate-card price reflects these factors and may not be negotiable.

ACCURATE CAMPAIGN INFO

Remember to make your campaign information clear with attractive photos uploaded to help the Lister make a decision in your favour. Consider that some types of space usages are more appealing to Listers than others. In some cases, your products or services may suit the target demographic for a venue – so add detail.

PROVIDE A HIGH QUALITY EXPERIENCE

Listers might be more inclined to accept a booking offer if you request multiple dates or a long campaign, perhaps even a last minute booking that fills a vacancy. Don’t forget, you might want to trial the location before a bigger commitment.

BOOK MULTIPLE WEEKS IN ADVANCE

Ensure that the quality of your display is professional enough to attract foot traffic. Also remember, if you are a repeat, well-behaved tenant, the Lister may feel more inclined to accept an offer.

MOVING A BOOKING TO CART

BOOKING REQUEST ACCEPTED

An email will be sent to you after a Lister has accepted your booking. This will ask you to move the booking to the cart.

CLICK MOVE TO CART

In the email that has been sent to you stating the Lister has accepted your request you will see a button asking you to confirm the booking by moving it to cart. Click move to cart and also accept the booker’s agreement and select Pay now or Pay later to finalise your booking.

PAY NOW OR PAY LATER

After booking has been moved to the cart you can then choose to click pay now or pay later. Please note that all bookings that start within 7 days must be paid immediately.

CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING & SECURE YOUR DATES

GO TO CART

Once booking has been approved by the Lister you must then move it to the cart. An email will be sent asking you to confirm the pop-up booking and move it to the cart. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BOOKING IS NOT COMPLETED AND CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE MOVED IT TO THE CART AND ACCEPTED THE BOOKERS AGREEMENT.

PAY NOW OR PAY LATER

After the pop-up booking has been moved to the cart you can then choose to click pay now or pay later. Please note that all bookings that start within 7 days must be paid immediately.

ACCESSING INVOICES

Accessing invoices is easy. Simply go to the top of the dashboard where it says Invoices and click. The invoices will then appear on your screen.

TAKING RECEIPT OF RESERVED EQUIPMENT.

ON ARRIVAL

Present your booking QR Code to an onsite staff member for them to scan and see what equipment you have reserved in the ‘special requirements’ section of your pop-up booking details. If you do not have the application on your phone you / your staff member will need to have a hard-copy print-out of the booking QR code to access the equipment.

RECEIVE

Please check equipment once you have taken receipt of it.  If there are any issues with the equipment, report this immediately on the incident report section of the App, against the pop-up booking number, so the space owner can address the problem as soon as possible. Also please ensure that the equipment is professionally displayed with your brand signage (which should be removable and cause no damage to the equipment).

RETURN

At the end of the booking period, you/your booker staff member will need to have the pop-up booking QR code scanned again by a centre staff member to return the equipment, at which time the centre staff will inspect equipment to ensure all is in order. Please note failure to have the equipment returned and your QR Code scanned can lead to administration fees being charged by the space Lister.

INSTANT APPROVAL

Generally listers will auto-approve rebook requests as long as there have been no incidents raised against your booking that has just been completed.
