A Campaign refers to your set-up and display information. These details are reviewed by the Centre Manager to help them decide whether or not to accept the booking request. Each type of setup/display layout that you intend to use across different bookings – requires a separate ‘Campaign’ entry on our system.
Should your particular Campaign information not align with the site specifications that you are trying to book, centre management may reject the booking. Other reasons for rejection could be due to a conflict of interest with another tenant, or another similar campaign already booked into the centre for that period. If the Centre rejects your booking then log into your dashboard to see the reason. Feel free to change booking details and reapply. PLEASE NOTE that submitting Campaign information and photos, is mandatory if you would like to send a booking request.
