HOW TO LIST.

Listing your spaces is quick and easy and will allow you full control over your  information. This will help the process flow you want bookers to follow when they book your space. The google API integration helps import key information about your venue. Remember you can add more spaces onto the platform as you identify extra under-utilised areas. Also, alternate space types such as vacant shops and advertising signage can be included to create additional commercial returns.

HOW TO APPROVE A BOOKING.

Other than setting up the instant approval feature, all booking requests are submitted to you for approval as soon as they are made. You can then review campaign details and choose accept or reject.  (see campaign for more information).

Once the booking application is approved the booker is immediately notified so they can finalise the booking and make payment.

HOW TO ADD A TEAM MEMBER.

With the potential to have multiple stake holders involved at any given venue it is important to add the relevant staff members under the correct categories of user  onto the platform. Please be aware that each user category has different access options, so understanding the roles and privileges for each user is important. Key decision makers can be added to a single space or multiple spaces all through an easy to use interface.

QR CODE TECHNOLOGY.

The platform produces unique QR codes for every space created. This means that bookers are able to scan a QR code of the space and immediately be directed to the space information. Scanning the QR code alerts the booker owner and lister, to arrival and leave times of staff to ensure compliance with centre regulations.

The platform provides a centralised location for Listers and Bookers to communicate during the booking. Anyspaces has provided an incident resolution feature available to you on the platform if there is an issue during a booking. This means all communications are noted and our expert concierge team are able to assist in getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
