HOW TO ACCEPT.

Once your booking request has been approved you must then accept the booking.  Follow the link to move your booking to the cart and accept the terms and conditions to secure your space and lock in your dates. PLEASE NOTE You risk losing your booking if you do not move to cart, accept the booker’s agreement and choose Pay now or Pay later.

ACCESS & ACTION INVOICES.

The anyspace.com platform allows you to access your invoices and and make secure online payments. Your invoices are accessible on both the desktop and mobile application for your convenience.

HOW TO ADD A TEAM MEMBER.

Staff need to be added to each booking so they can check-in and check-out of your retail space each day. This gives you the ability to review staff attendance on-site and track your booking results.

QR CODE TECHNOLOGY.

The platform produces unique QR codes for every retail space created in the platform. This means that your team are able to scan the space QR code to check in and out. This will also notify you of staff arrival and leave times.

HOW TO REPORT AN INCIDENT.

anyspaces.com has created an incident reporting feature available to you on the platform if there is an issue during a booking. This means all communications are noted and our expert concierge team are able to assist in getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

The platform uses your insurances documents as one of many verification steps before allowing you to place a booking. Each country will have a different requirement on the verification documents, please ensure you check the booker guidelines for your country to ensure you have the required insurance policy uploaded.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS.

Ensure you keep your postal and invoicing address updated. Your address must match your registered business address. This address will be used to pass all correspondence onto the Lister should they require it. During you account verification your address is validated before you can place a booking.
